100 restaurants across Australia will be curating special barra dishes on Friday 21st October to give every Aussie the opportunity to Ask For Aussie Barra. In a special twist for this year, Chef Mitch Orr will be selecting the best barra dish with the ultimate barra chef sent on an amazing trip to visit an Australian barramundi farm.
