Thai Green Barramundi
Ingredients
- 2 Australian Barramundi fillets
- 1/2 cup Green curry paste
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 250g Green beans, top & tailed
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, line the tray with baking paper.
- Mix green curry paste, coconut milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper
- Add ingredients to the tray and cover with green curry sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve with lemon wedge.
