Roasted Barramundi, Feta and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Australian Barramundi fillets
- 1 block of feta, cubed
- 500g Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Brown onion, sliced thinly
- 6 Garlic cloves, smashed
- ½ Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, line the tray with baking paper.
- Add ingredients to the tray and season with salt, pepper & olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve with lemon wedge.
