Oven Steamed Barramundi with Lemon Mushroom
Ingredients
- 2 fillets of Australian barramundi
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 50g butter, cubed
- 1 ½ cup of rice, cooked
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line baking tray with aluminum foil then baking paper on top.
- In center of baking paper place barramundi, mushrooms then top with lemon, garlic and butter.
- Season with salt, pepper then fold aluminum and baking paper to create a wrapped parcel around the barramundi.
- Oven steam for 25 mins and cook rice per packet instructions.
- Open carefully to serve on top of a bed of rice.
