Tender Australian barramundi fillets oven-steamed en papillote with vibrant asparagus, briny capers, fresh dill, and saucy rich butter.
Oven Steamed Barramundi with Dill Caper Butter
Ingredients
- 2 fillets of Australian barramundi
- 50g of capers, drained
- 3 sprigs of dill, chopped
- 50g butter, cubed
- 1 bunch of asparagus, tailed
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line baking tray with aluminum foil then baking paper on top.
- In center of baking paper place barramundi, asparagus then top with capers, dill and butter.
- Season with salt, pepper then fold aluminum and baking paper to create a wrapped parcel around the barramundi.
- Oven steam for 25 mins and open carefully to serve.
