Lemon Butter Barramundi with a Walnut Crust

A delightful dish featuring a tender Australian barramundi fillet topped with a zesty lemon-garlic butter and a crunchy golden walnut crust.

Lemon Butter Barramundi with a Walnut Crust

Cook time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 portion barramundi fillet, skin off

Lemon garlic butter:

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed
  • Zest of 1 fresh lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Combine all lemon garlic butter ingredients together and cover barramundi fillet on both sides.
  3. Bake at 180C for 20-30mins until golden brown. Serve with a side salad or roasted veg for a perfect finishing touch
