Barramundi Lemon, Garlic & Chilli Zoodles
Ingredients
- Barramundi Fillets
- EVOO
- Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Chilli
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Cup of Cream
- Zucchini Noodles
Method
- Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add in your chopped, garlic and chilli until fragrant.
- Cut your barramundi into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
- Once the barramundi is cooked squeeze your lemon and add your cream in. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
- Add your Zucchini Noodles and toss them in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Plate up and enjoy!
